Ascend To Greatness – Sis. Stella Ramola

My dear friend, today we are meditating on the promise verse which is in Deuteronomy 28:13, “The Lord will make you the head, not the tail.” Accordingly, from today, you will be at the top in everything that you do. You will be the ‘head’ and not the ‘tail’! 

In the Bible, we see that the people of Israel are God’s people – His chosen ones. And God wanted to bless the nation of Israel and the Israelites just as He had promised them. He was willing to elevate them above all nations and people. To this day, we can see this fulfillment of God’s promise to Israel when Israel rose to prominence and became a world leader, leading in all fields and in every industry – in Government, technology, research and in entertainment. Thus, God’s Word has stood true and He had always been willing to bless them. He has indeed kept them at the top and not at the bottom! 

My friend, today this same grace is coming upon you because you are His chosen one. He wants to bless you in everything that you do. Today, you may be saying, “I am the last in everything. I have been slogging and working for other people.” Or “I have a lot of arrears.” Or “I am the least in my family.” But my friend God says to you that He wants to make you the ‘head’. You will no longer be a failure. You will no longer be at the bottom. God will bring you to a place where He will honour you and bless you. So, be bold! You are meant to do great things in life! 

PRAYER: Loving Heavenly Father, thank You for choosing me as Your own. Thank You, Lord, for Your plans for me are always higher and bigger. Lord, I pray that You will bestow upon me the grace to excel and outshine in all that I do, for Your glory. You will make me the ‘head’ and never the ‘tail’. You will put me at the ‘top’ of everything I am facing right now and will grant me victory. I commit all my ways and all that I do into Your loving hands, expecting great things from You.
