Arise and Shine – Sis. Stella Dhinakaran
My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today God wants us to meditate on the beautiful promise from the word of God which is in Isaiah 60:1. It says, “Arise and shine for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” That is the promise given to us today. God wants everyone to arise and shine for the glory of God. You may be saying, “I am in darkness. I am telling lies all the time. I am doing one wrong thing after another. How can I receive this light in my life?” Just open your heart and look to Jesus. Jesus is the one who can change everything. He will change the negative words of the doctors because John, 19, says, He came to this world to give light into our lives. He himself is the light. Right now, my friend, look to Jesus. Especially look to the cross because it is from there the light comes from. Because the Lord is a savior who gave His life on the cross just for you through the blood He shed on the cross, through the sufferings He underwent on the cross, He has the power to change the darkness from your life and light your life. Look to the Lord and He will cleanse you with His precious blood and make you a new person. Ephesians 5:8 says, “Walk as children of light.” When the Lord is with you and He leads you every day in your life, the Lord will give you the grace to walk in the light. In John 12:46, the Lord says, “I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me shall not abide in darkness.” Cling on to Jesus. He is the one who can change your life from darkness to great light. Now look at the cross. Through the sufferings of Jesus Christ, the Lord can make our darkness into light. The power of God can change your life and give you light. He can make you shine for the glory of God.
Prayer:
Loving Father, Thank you, Lord, for the sacrifice You made on the cross just for me. Have mercy on me Lord and cleanse me with Your precious blood, O Father. Make me shine for Your glory. Touch me and transform me right now. Do a miracle father. Let me have only light in my life.
